in writing this post, i have that "christmas is coming, goose is getting fat" song stuck in my head. i don't mind it though.

so in most homes, a lot of you have your christmas tree up already. and it's all decorated, and illuminated with lights, and otherwise purdy. (if you're in our family, you do it all christmas eve. the tree's an afterthought, i guess.) but anyway, the decorating's all done, and... what's this? more lights to put up? whatever shall we do with it?

1. wrap the tree a second time
2. wrap the tv a second time
3. decorate wall space
4. create a runway for your model plane
5. light up a chinese lantern
6. experiment and see if you can turn off all the lights by only pulling out one
7. make a shrine to your empty jones soda bottles
8. go ice fishing
9. try and spell out awkwardly long messages on your rooftop, like "happy birthday jesus"
10. light up a jigsaw puzzle
11. see how many lemons it takes to light them up
12. deck the halls

14. freeze your icicle lights in water to make real icicles
