7. i have to freeze-dry more shampoo
8. i'm paid to do animal testing with the shampoo for them
9. i need to do pH testing with the shampoo

12. i need to... eh, you get the point
13. i need time to lather, rinse, and then repeat
14. i keep repeating until the hot water tank runs dry
