part two!
wait, there was a part one? oops...

1. somehow not popping my ears on the elevator trip up the empire state building
2. finding jones soda for sale in the empire state building
3. putting paco in the chrysler building
4. total bizarre randomness, like levarr burton
5. "to all the amish people watching this show... what are you doing?"
--me... yeah, more funny randomness
6. seeing two really freakin awesome musicals
7. catch phrase. amen. (quotes follow!)
8. "it's the yellow things in new york city..."
"stop signs?"

"dad? father? daddy?"
"the answer was halo, but oh well..."
10. getting to work with the musical director of aida, rob mikulski... yeah, there was some pretty funky stuff goin on there. (read on for a quote!)
11. not getting mugged... (though it sounds kinda fun)
12. "wait a minute... a big bird poster... in a kfc..."
--me... the greatest observation i made on the trip, with a psychics shop with "walkins welcome" at a close second
13. running into the wind at the top of the empire state building with a large, open coat on
14. singalong songs while eating italian food... at puglia's... supposedly that was in "big daddy"? i dont know, i didnt ever see it. i kinda hate adam sandler.

--the best birthday song evar... at the jekyll and hyde restaurant.
16. veggietales on the bus

--beth... oh man, one wrong conversation came out of that.
18. shopping in chinatown and on 5th avenue (twice)
19. buying only a small stack of origami paper
20. saving the extra money for developing the four rolls of film i took

--me... wow, that came out different.
22. cribbage in the hotel lobby

24. (following a game of wanna buy a duck) "i never thought i'd do that in new york city..."

25... the best part of the whole trip... we were at the rockefeller center for something, and there's this ice rink down there, right? so then this one show just ended, and the zamboni was coming out on the ice. and i took a picture of it, and i was all like "i got the zamboni picture!" then i was walking down the street with a friend, and i said, "yeah, i have the strangest obsession with zambonis." and out of nowhere, a new york cop walks by me and says, "you've got problems." made the whole trip worth it right there.   ¶ 11:13 PM
