5. try to steal pens from the receptionist
6. ask people filling out insurance forms if they're "sure that that's right"

8. ask if anyone else notices "that doctor's office smell"
9. invite others to look at your photo albums
10. crawl under the chairs
11. play peek-a-boo with the person next to you, regardless of age
12. try to pull the child-proof covers off of the electrical covers
